Darker shading on the map signifies higher levels of violence compared to lighter colors. Click anywhere to view the data by geo-political zones and states. Totals are split by victims and perpetrators (Jihadist, Terror groups, and Security Forces).

A 3-year comparison on the violence, spreading of the violence during the year and locations with the highest # of incidents is also available. A brief description of each incident, time and location, religion background of victims and gender (when available) is provided as well.
